At Grounded Sage, your satisfaction is very important to us. We encourage you to review this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy applies to all orders within the United States.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please visit our Return Hub.

As part of your return request, please include photos or documents showing the condition of the item.

After your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • A prepaid return shipping label is sent to your email at no cost to you

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item or size

Please get in touch with us. Please visit our Return Hub, including photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Wrong size delivered

All exchanges are subject to product availability. Delivery time for replacement items may vary depending on your location.

No Restocking Fees

Grounded Sage does not charge restocking fees. Eligible returns will not incur any restocking penalties.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.

Discounts and Promotions

  • Refunds will not be provided for discount codes or promotional offers that were not applied at checkout
  • Promotions must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be added retroactively
