How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Transit time is 5–7 business days. Total estimated delivery is 6–9 business days.

How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping of $7.59 for all orders within the United States.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking is usually available within 24–48 hours after shipment.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

Contact us at help@groundedsage.shop, and we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible at help@groundedsage.shop. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

What is your return window?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

What condition must items be in for a return?

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

How do I start a return?

Visit our Return Hub with your order details and photos of the item. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Is return shipping free?

Yes. Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid label at no cost to you.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. Grounded Sage does not charge any restocking fees.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Visit our Return Hub with your order details and photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, but only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Exchanges depend on product availability.
